The website is a rich solution for home school parents that would like to buy and sell curriculum. It is a rich web 2.0 experiences when it comes to Search, Results, Displaying Thumbnails and pictures. User can easily add items and add pictures to those items. Website has a simplified membership functionality based on different levels of subscriptions.

Architecture

The software is a standard ASP.NET application with RDBMS server (MS SQL).This application uses modules structure principle. Main aspects of this concept are:

• Each module provides only one functionality (for example, data access or e-mail notification)
• Communication between modules is limited by specified methods

It reduces the errors possibility and make changing more easily. We use the LINQ to SQL for data access layer.
